My projects start with a Design Consultion, allowing me to get to know you and your project, discuss ideas and how I can bring your dream space to fruition.
Design Consultation
Do you have a project and you're not sure where to start or what the options could be?
All my projects start with a 90 minute Design Consultation. Either through video call or in your existing space, I will get to know you, your lifestyle and the way you want to live. I will look at what is working for you and what's not. Working collaboratively with you I will maximize your spaces functionality to facilitate the lifestyle you desire.
We will talk through options and what improvements can be made, look at project feasibility in terms of budget, time frame and any other constraints.
You get lots of opportunities to ask questions, and discuss my services and the benefits a designer can offer.
I will follow up with an email of all my notes and design ideas and can provide a quote for additional services.
Fee: $295.
3D Visualisation
3D Modelling and Renders
This service is for when you kind of know what you want but need help to see how it all comes together. Renders are a great tool to confirm your selections and room layout, they also provide clarity for your builders and trades to ensure that everyone is on the same page and has the same vision for your project.
If your building a new home or renovating, and struggling the get your head around a 2 dimensional drawing, a 3D render can be the missing piece to allow you to actually see your new space.

Renovation
Have an existing space that isn't working for you? I can design Kitchens, Bathrooms or redesign the whole house.
I start off by getting to know you, understanding your lifestyle and the way you want to live. Looking at your existing space we discuss what you do and don't like about it, what's working and what's not. I'll review the spatial layout with you, locking in the floor plan and functionality first.
3D modelling software allows you to walk through the space and visualize how your project will turn out. A colour consult and fixtures and finishes selections will tie the space together. These details will be applied to the model giving you a full impression of the finished space.
Construction drawings and specification schedules will be completed and handed over to your builder for ordering. I will liaise with your builder as needed to make sure the project runs smoothly.

Are you building a new home and feel overwhelmed by all the inclusions you need to decide on?
I can guide you through the process, working alongside your builder and suppliers, I utilise tools such as mood boards, material samples and 3D visualisations to clarify the vision for your new spaces.
I understand construction drawings and builders specifications, taking the guess work out of the process. This service includes a Colour Consult to create a cohesive scheme throughout your home and select colours to enhance the vibe of the space.
Depending on your needs a mood board, product samples and a full specification schedule will be provided, making ordering your products easy and hassle free.
Fee: As each project is unique, a fee proposal will be provided after the initial design consultation.
